Responsibilities
As a Full-Time Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:- Answering incoming calls and emails regarding emergency roadside assistance
- Assessing the situation and providing appropriate solutions, including dispatching tow trucks, locksmiths, or other necessary services
- Recording and managing customer interactions and transactions accurately in our CRM system
- Providing customers with updates and ensuring timely resolution of their issues
- Collaborating with team members to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction
- Maintaining a high level of professionalism and empathy in all interactions
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:- A High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a remote setting
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to handle high-stress situations with patience and professionalism
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet work environment
- Proficiency in computer applications and ability to quickly learn new software
- Flexibility to work in various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
