Job Description

As a Part-Time Customer Support Representative, you'll be responsible for handling customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly and efficiently. Your primary role will be to:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
  • Provide accurate information and resolve customer issues
  • Document and update customer records based on interactions
  • Collaborate with team members to improve customer experience
  • Follow up on customer interactions and ensure satisfaction

Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Basic computer proficiency
  • Ability to work under 4 hours daily
  • Flexibility to work varying shifts

Responsibilities
