Job Description

As a Customer Support Representative at arenaflex, you will be the primary point of contact for customers seeking assistance with their accounts, products, and services. Your role will require excellent communication skills, the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently, and a positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Key Responsibilities

* Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and efficient manner

  • Resolve customer issues in a professional and courteous manner, escalating complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary
  • Document and update customer records based on interactions, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information
  • Provide product and service information to customers, answering questions and addressing concerns
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism with clients and establish a positive rapport with every caller
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience

Requirements

* High School Diploma or equivalent required

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Basic computer skills and the ability to navigate multiple systems
  • Customer service experience is a plus but not required
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn
