Job Summary

As a Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our data management processes. You'll be responsible for entering data from various source documents into our computer system, interacting with our internal team, and occasionally with our clients. Key Responsibilities

* Prepare, compile, and sort documents for data entry

• Check source documents for accuracy and verify data
• Correct data where necessary and obtain further information for incomplete documents
• Update data and delete unnecessary files
• Combine and rearrange data from source documents where required
• Enter data from source documents into prescribed computer database, files, and forms
• Check completed work for accuracy and store completed documents in designated locations
• Maintain logbooks or records of activities and tasks
• Respond to requests for information and access relevant files

Requirements

* Proven data entry work experience (at least 1 year)

• Proficient in relevant computer applications such as MS Office
• Accurate keyboard skills and proven ability to enter data at the required speed (at least 40 wpm)
• Knowledge of correct spelling, grammar, and punctuation
• Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
• Confidentiality and ability to maintain sensitive information
• High school diploma or equivalent required; previous experience in data entry or equivalent experience in a related field may be preferred
