Job Description
As a Customer Service Associate at arenaflex, you'll be the first point of contact for our valued customers, providing exceptional service and support via phone, email, and chat. You'll be responsible for resolving product or service problems, maintaining a positive and professional attitude toward customers, and keeping accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Key Responsibilities
* Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Resolve product or service problems by clarifying customer issues, determining the cause, selecting, and explaining the best solution, and following up to ensure resolution
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits, and follow up to ensure resolution
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken
- Communicate and coordinate with colleagues as necessary
Requirements
* High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong communication skills, both written and oral
- Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset
- Comfortable using computers and customer-facing software
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Education and Experience
* High school diploma or equivalent (required)
- Previous customer service experience (preferred but not required)
