Job Description:

As a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our data processes. You'll work closely with our team to input customer and account data, verify information, and generate reports. If you're detail-oriented, have excellent typing skills, and are comfortable working independently, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

* Insert customer and account data by inputting text-based and numerical information from source documents within time limits

• Compile, verify accuracy, and sort information according to priorities to prepare source data for computer entry
• Review data for deficiencies or errors, correct any incompatibilities if possible, and check output
• Generate reports, store completed work in designated locations, and perform backup operations
• Scan documents and print files, when needed
• Ensure proper use of office equipment and address any malfunctions

Requirements:

* High school diploma or equivalent

• Proven data entry work experience, as a Data Entry Operator or Office Clerk
• Experience with MS Office and data programs
• Familiarity with administrative duties
• Excellent typing speed and accuracy
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
• Ability to work independently and under minimal supervision

Essential Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent (required)

• Additional certification in Office Management is a plus
• Proven track record of accuracy and attention to detail in data entry roles
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience working with cloud-based data entry systems

• Familiarity with data analytics and reporting tools
• Certification in data entry or office management
• Experience working in a remote or virtual team environment
