As a Customer Care Associate at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for handling customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, resolving customer complaints and issues efficiently, providing detailed information about products and services, maintaining accurate customer records, and collaborating with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
