Job Summary

We're seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team in Inglewood. This is a full-time, entry-level position offering an hourly wage of $15-$18 per hour. Working hours are from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing them with exceptional service and support. Your role involves assisting customers with inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Handling inbound customer calls and emails in a timely and efficient manner
