Job Summary
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be the frontline support for our valued customers, ensuring they have a seamless experience. Key Responsibilities

Requirements
* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred

- Ability to handle high call volumes and stressful situations, with a focus on maintaining a positive and professional demeanor
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management (CRM) software
