Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Executive, you'll be responsible for:
- Handling customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and courteous manner
- Resolving product or service issues by clarifying the customer's complaint, determining the cause of the problem, and selecting the best solution
- Providing information about products and services, including features, benefits, and usage
- Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests in a timely and accurate manner
- Following up to ensure that appropriate actions were taken to resolve customer problems
- Maintaining customer records by updating account information
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Proficiency in using computer systems and software applications
- Prior customer service experience is a plus
Preferred Qualifications
* Associate or Bachelor's degree in a related field
- 1-2 years of experience in customer service or related field
- Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
