Job Summary

As a Customer Service Associate at arenaflex, you'll be the frontline of our customer interaction, solving customer issues and ensuring a positive experience. You'll be responsible for responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, resolving customer issues promptly and accurately, documenting customer interactions and transactions, and providing information about products and services. Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Associate at arenaflex, you'll have the opportunity to:

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing timely and accurate solutions to customer issues
• Resolve customer issues promptly and accurately, ensuring a positive experience for our customers
• Document customer interactions and transactions, maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with arenaflex policies and procedures
• Provide information about products and services, including features, benefits, and pricing
• Upsell and cross-sell products when appropriate, driving revenue growth and customer satisfaction
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and improve customer satisfaction

Requirements

To be successful as a Customer Service Associate at arenaflex, you'll need:

• A high school diploma or equivalent
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and internal teams
• Ability to problem-solve and think critically, with a keen eye for detail and a knack for resolving complex issues
• Comfortable using computers and navigating multiple systems, including CRM software and other customer service tools
• Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required
