Job Summary

As a Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, you'll play a key role in the smooth operation of our company by ensuring that our data remains current, accurate, and easily accessible. You'll be responsible for maintaining our database by accurately and efficiently entering new and updated customer and account information. Responsibilities

As a Data Entry Clerk, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Preparing, compiling, and sorting documents for data entry
  • Checking source documents for accuracy
  • Verifying data and correcting data where necessary
  • Entering data from source documents into prescribed computer database, files, and forms
  • Maintaining logbooks or records of activities and tasks
  • Responding to requests for information and accessing relevant files

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
  • Excellent typing speed and accuracy
  • Attention to detail and ability to spot errors
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in data entry or a similar role is preferred
