Description:

As a Customer Care Agent at arenaflex, you will be the front line of communication between our company and our valued customers. Your role is crucial in ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining our company's reputation. You will be responsible for answering incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing accurate information about products and services, handling and resolving customer complaints, and documenting all customer interactions in the company's CRM system.

Responsibilities:

* Answering incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat

• Providing accurate information about products and services
• Handling and resolving customer complaints
• Documenting all customer interactions in the company's CRM system
• Escalating complex issues to higher-level support teams as needed
• Following up with customers to ensure complete resolution of issues
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues
• Participating in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills
• Meeting or exceeding customer satisfaction targets

Requirements:

* High school diploma or equivalent

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to handle high-pressure situations calmly and effectively
• Basic computer proficiency
• Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required
• Additional certifications in customer service or related fields are a plus
