Responsibilities

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous customer service experience, preferably in a call center or customer-facing role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with customers and team members in a professional and courteous manner
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively, with minimal supervision
  • Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet and professional workspace
  • Proficient in basic computer applications and software, including CRM systems and customer service platforms
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends, as needed
