Job Description

As an Entry-Level Customer Service Representative, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, and your primary responsibility will be to ensure customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing product information. This role requires excellent communication skills, a patient demeanor, and a customer-first attitude.

Key Responsibilities

* Answer customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat

  • Resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively

Requirements

* High School Diploma or equivalent

Essential Qualifications

* High School Diploma or equivalent is required. Some college coursework or a degree is a plus but not mandatory.

  • No prior experience is necessary, but any background in customer service is a plus. Comprehensive training will be provided.
