Responsibilities

As a Customer Care Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Resolving customer complaints and issues, escalating to higher levels when necessary.

  • Collaborating with team members and other departments to ensure a cohesive customer service experience.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor's degree is preferred.
  • Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in the airline or travel industry.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
