Job Summary

As a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our data systems. You'll work independently to input and update data in various databases and systems, verify data for accuracy and completeness, and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information. Your attention to detail and organizational skills will be essential in ensuring the success of our data management processes.

Responsibilities

* Accurately input and update data in various databases and systems, including: + Passenger and cargo records + Flight schedules and itineraries + Financial transactions and accounts + Other relevant data systems

• Verify data for accuracy and completeness, ensuring that all information is captured correctly and up-to-date
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information, adhering to arenaflex's data protection policies and procedures
• Generate reports as needed and assist in data analysis to support business decisions and operational improvements
• Collaborate with team members to ensure data integrity and resolve discrepancies, promoting a culture of transparency and open communication
• Perform regular data quality checks and audits to ensure the accuracy and reliability of our data systems
• Assist in the development and implementation of data management processes, working closely with our data management team to identify areas for improvement and implement best practices

Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business administration, computer science, data management) is preferred

• Proven experience in data entry or a related field, with a strong understanding of data management principles and practices
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook), with experience in data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Access)
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with a keen eye for spotting errors and inconsistencies
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
