Job Description

As a Bilingual Customer Support Agent at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch support to our customers in both English and Spanish. You'll work in a fast-paced environment, where you'll have the opportunity to resolve a variety of customer issues and ensure a positive experience. Your excellent communication and problem-solving skills will be put to the test as you navigate complex customer inquiries and provide accurate, valid, and complete information.

Key Responsibilities:

* Respond promptly to customer inquiries in both English and Spanish via phone, email, and chat

  • Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
  • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
  • Stay up-to-date with arenaflex's products and services to provide informed support

Requirements:

* Fluent in both English and Spanish (written and verbal)

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with customer support software
  • Previous customer service experience is preferred, but not required

Essential Qualifications:

  • Additional language certifications are a plus
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive customer information
