Job Description

As a Live Chat Agent for arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our passengers through online chat platforms. You'll assist customers with inquiries, bookings, and other travel-related services, ensuring that every interaction is friendly, professional, and resolutions-driven. This role requires excellent communication skills, a passion for helping others, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

* Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner via live chat

• Address customer inquiries related to flight bookings, changes, cancellations, and travel policies
• Provide accurate information and solutions to enhance customer experience
• Document customer interactions in our CRM system for tracking and follow-up
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve customer issues efficiently

Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is a plus

• Previous customer service experience, preferably in a remote setting
• Strong typing skills with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively
