Job Summary:

As a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in maintaining our database by entering new and updated customer and account information. You'll be responsible for ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and accessibility. Your attention to detail, strong typing skills, and ability to work independently will make you an invaluable asset to our team.

Responsibilities:

* Enter and update customer information in our database system in an accurate and timely manner.

  • Review data for deficiencies or errors and correct inaccuracies to maintain data integrity.
  • Verify and sort information to prepare source data for computer entry, ensuring that data is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Comply with data integrity and security policies to protect sensitive customer information.
  • Interpret complex information and relay it to other staff members and customers, providing excellent customer service.
  • Assist with reports and data extraction when needed, providing valuable insights to inform business decisions.

Requirements:

* Proven data entry work experience, with a strong track record of accuracy and attention to detail.

  • Strong typing speed (at least 40 wpm) with an eye for detail, ensuring that data is entered accurately and efficiently.
  • Knowledge of data confidentiality principles is compulsory, with a commitment to protecting sensitive customer information.
  • Proficient in relevant software applications such as MS Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel, including data analysis and reporting.
  • High school diploma or equivalent, with further education or certification in office management a plus.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of data management principles and practices.
