Job Description
arenaflex's Virtual Chat Support team is responsible for providing exceptional customer service through real-time chat interactions. As a Virtual Chat Support agent, you will:
- Provide real-time chat support to arenaflex customers
- Address and resolve customer inquiries and issues
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication
- Document customer interactions and update relevant information in our systems
- Stay up-to-date with arenaflex's products, services, and policies
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve complex issues
Requirements
* Excellent written communication skills
- Ability to type at least 40 words per minute
- Reliable high-speed internet connection
- Previous experience in customer service or support roles preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
