Job Description
As a Full-Time Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat. You'll handle customer inquiries, resolve issues efficiently, and maintain accurate records of customer interactions. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Answering incoming customer calls and emails in a timely and professional manner
- Providing product and service information to customers, addressing their queries and concerns

Requirements
