Job Summary

We are seeking a Part-Time Customer Service Executive to join our team in Texas. As a Part-Time Customer Service Executive, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries and complaints via phone, email, and chat. You will provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools, manage large amounts of incoming calls and emails, and identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction.

Requirements

* High School Diploma or equivalent

  • Previous customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices

Educational Qualifications
