Job Description

As a member of our Online Amazon Chat Support team, you will be responsible for assisting customers through live chat on Amazon's platform. Your primary duties will include addressing customer inquiries, providing information about products, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience. No prior experience is necessary as full training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

* Respond to customer inquiries via live chat in a timely and professional manner

  • Provide accurate information about products and services
  • Resolve customer issues and escalate complex inquiries to appropriate departments
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions
  • Consistently meet performance targets and quality standards

Essential Qualifications:

+ High school diploma or equivalent + Excellent written communication skills + Basic computer literacy and typing skills + Reliable internet connection and a computer/laptop + Customer-focused attitude + Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
