Job Description

As a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our data management processes. You will be responsible for inputting and updating data into various systems and databases with high accuracy, verifying data integrity and accuracy by comparing it to source documents, managing and organizing digital files and records effectively, communicating with team members and supervisors to ensure data requirements are met, identifying and rectifying any discrepancies or errors in the data entry process, adhering to data privacy and confidentiality guidelines at all times, and performing other administrative tasks as needed.

Responsibilities

* Input and update data into various systems and databases with high accuracy.

  • Verify data integrity and accuracy by comparing it to source documents.
  • Manage and organize digital files and records effectively.
  • Communicate with team members and supervisors to ensure data requirements are met.
  • Identify and rectify any discrepancies or errors in the data entry process.
  • Adhere to data privacy and confidentiality guidelines at all times.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent (required); Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree (preferred).

  • Proven experience in data entry or similar administrative roles.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and data entry software.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal.

Educational Qualifications

* High school diploma or GED (required).

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred).
