Responsibilities
As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

- Providing accurate information about flight schedules, fares, and policies
- Handling and resolving customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner
- Processing refunds and exchanges in accordance with company policies
- Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction by providing personalized and efficient service
- Documenting customer interactions and feedback accurately
Requirements
