Job Description
As a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our data. You will be responsible for accurately entering data into our systems and databases, verifying and correcting data where necessary, and maintaining confidentiality and security of sensitive information. You will also collaborate with other team members to ensure data accuracy and consistency, meet daily, weekly, and monthly data entry targets, and ensure data is backed up regularly to prevent loss.
Key Responsibilities
* Accurately enter data into our systems and databases
- Verify and correct data where necessary
- Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure data accuracy and consistency
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly data entry targets
- Ensure data is backed up regularly to prevent loss
- Assist with other administrative tasks as required
Job Requirements
* High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
- Proven experience in data entry or a related field
- Excellent typing speed and accuracy
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining data integrity
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
