Job Description
As a Live Chat Agent, you'll be responsible for engaging with customers via live chat to address inquiries and resolve issues. You'll provide accurate information regarding flight schedules, baggage policies, and ticketing, assist customers in navigating arenaflex's website and mobile app, document customer interactions and feedback for quality assurance, and collaborate with team members and other departments to enhance service delivery. You'll also continuously improve your knowledge of arenaflex's services and policies to provide the best possible experience for our customers.
Responsibilities
* Engage with customers via live chat to address inquiries and resolve issues
- Provide accurate information regarding flight schedules, baggage policies, and ticketing
- Assist customers in navigating arenaflex's website and mobile app
- Document customer interactions and feedback for quality assurance
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to enhance service delivery
- Continuously improve your knowledge of arenaflex's services and policies
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge
- Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards
- Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve common goals and objectives
Requirements
* High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field is a plus
- Excellent written communication skills with a strong attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently in a remote work setting
- Proficient in using computers and various software applications
- A passion for travel and customer service is a must
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
