Job Summary

arenaflex is seeking dedicated and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Remote Customer Service Representatives. Job Description

As a Remote Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be the first point of contact for our customers. You will assist passengers with a variety of inquiries, including flight bookings, cancellations, and general travel information. This role requires strong communication skills, a customer-centric attitude, and the ability to handle various situations with empathy and efficiency.

Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service via phone, chat, and email.

  • Assist customers with booking and modifying flight reservations.
  • Handle inquiries regarding travel itineraries, baggage policies, and other travel-related questions.
  • Resolve customer complaints and concerns with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Stay informed about arenaflex policies and procedures to provide accurate information to customers.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.

  • Prior customer service experience, preferably in a call center or airline environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

* 1+ year of customer service experience in a call center or airline environment.

  • Proven track record of providing exceptional customer service.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
  • Familiarity with airline policies and procedures.

* 2+ years of customer service experience in a call center or airline environment.

  • Experience with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Certification in customer service or a related field.
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills.
