Job Description
Responsibilities
* Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
- Provide accurate information regarding products and services
- Resolve customer issues and escalate complex problems to appropriate departments
- Maintain customer records by updating account information
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance customer service skills and knowledge
- Meet or exceed performance metrics and targets, including response times, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction scores
Requirements
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- High level of empathy and patience
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Basic computer and typing skills
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends (as needed)

* 0-2 years of customer service experience (entry-level position)
