Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in delivering top-tier service to our clients' customers. Working primarily through inbound phone calls, you'll engage with customers, address their concerns, and provide solutions that meet their needs. Key Responsibilities

* Engage with customers through inbound phone calls, chat messages, and emails, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and care

Essential Qualifications
