Job Summary

arenaflex is seeking highly motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our team as part-time remote Customer Service Representatives. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you'll be the first point of contact for our valued customers, assisting them with their travel plans, answering inquiries, and resolving any issues that arise. Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
  • Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assisting customers with booking, changing, or canceling flights.
  • Providing assistance with baggage claims, check-in processes, and general travel information.
  • Resolving customer issues and complaints to ensure a high level of satisfaction.
  • Maintaining a thorough knowledge of arenaflex's services, policies, and procedures.
  • Documenting customer interactions and escalating issues to appropriate departments when necessary.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:
  • A high-speed internet connection and a quiet, dedicated workspace.
  • Previous customer service experience (although not essential, it's a plus).
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • The ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
