Job Responsibilities:
As a Call Center Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer service to our clients through inbound calls, visits, and messages
- Handling high-volume customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Performing data entry tasks with accuracy and efficiency, including entering patient and medication information into our system
- Investigating missing data and deciphering clinical abbreviations (SIG codes)
- Settling all data entry-related exceptions and resolving issues as needed
- Providing support to pharmacists, both in-store and remotely, to ensure seamless customer service
- Identifying and escalating issues to senior-level staff as necessary
- Maintaining a high level of productivity and efficiency in a fast-paced environment
Key Requirements:
* High school diploma or equivalent required
- Essential level computer skills, including basic navigation, typing, and data entry
- Essential web search skills, including opening a browser, searching online, and completing online forms
- Middle-level keyboarding skills, with a minimum of 25 WPM
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work in a remote setting with minimal supervision
- 18 years or older
Preferred Qualifications:
* At least 1 year of experience as a pharmacist in a retail or call center environment
- State board certification or enrollment as a pharmacist
- Experience providing customer service to internal and external clients, including meeting quality standards for services and assessing customer satisfaction
- Halfway to advanced level keyboarding skills, with a minimum of 35 WPM
- Familiarity with Spanish and English
