Our diverse client base includes entrepreneurs, nutritionists, educators, and government employees, all seeking to unlock their full potential.
Job Overview
As an experienced Virtual Assistant, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch support to our team, ensuring seamless communication, and maintaining the highest level of customer satisfaction. Your tasks will include:
Key Responsibilities
- Answering emails within 24 hours, excluding weekends, using provided training and templates
- Editing written content for grammatical and editing checks, including familiarity with American millennial slang
- Downloading and uploading videos from Zoom, Loom, and other specified locations to Google Drive, Vimeo, and other platforms
- Community management, including ensuring Fiona responds to posts within three business days and providing customer support
- Communicating with DeShaun regarding financial and billing-related questions
- Performing other tasks as agreed upon and assigned by the team
- ConvertKit: Our email marketing platform for sending newsletters
- Squarespace: Our website and blog management system
- Zoom: Our video conferencing platform for recording and hosting webinars
- Loom: A video recording platform (optional, but simple to learn)
- Vimeo and Google Drive: Our primary video upload and storage platforms
- Gmail: Our primary communication platform
- Heartbeat or Circle: We're still learning this software, but you'll be expected to adapt and learn
Essential Qualifications
- Experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar role
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
- Proficiency in Google Drive, Gmail, and other Google Suite tools
- Familiarity with ConvertKit, Squarespace, Zoom, Loom, Vimeo, and other specified software
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work within the Eastern Time zone and adhere to deadlines
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the Human Design or related fields
- Knowledge of American millennial slang and cultural nuances
- Experience with content creation, editing, and publishing
- Ability to learn and adapt to new software and tools
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
