What You'll Do

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of arenaflex, providing top-notch support to our customers via phone, email, and text message. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Connecting with customers to answer their questions, conduct follow-ups, and confirm appointments to ensure a seamless experience
• Triage incoming calls to the appropriate person or department to best assist the customer
• Completing administrative tasks such as processing payments and updating information in our systems
• Understanding and adhering to company policies and procedures, including collection policies and laws
• Collaborating with your team to meet goals and provide exceptional customer service

Qualifications and Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• A high school diploma or equivalent
• The ability to thrive in a high-energy and fast-paced environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Basic computer knowledge, including word processing and typing skills
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Bilingual skills in Spanish and English (required)
• Ability to live within 60 miles or 1 hour of the Customer Experience Center (CEC) location
