Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative on our Amazon Customer Support Team, you will be the first point of contact for Amazon customers. Your primary responsibility will be to provide outstanding customer service and resolve customer inquiries efficiently and effectively. You will be working closely with a diverse team to ensure customer satisfaction and uphold the company's service standards.

Key Responsibilities

* Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner

Essential Qualifications

  • Proven customer service experience, with a minimum of 1 year in a customer-facing role
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members
  • Ability to handle high-volume calls, emails, and chats, maintaining a high level of productivity and efficiency
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with the ability to analyze complex issues and provide effective solutions
