Our Client Support Specialists are the face of our company, providing exceptional service to our clients at the ticket counter, baggage claim, and gate areas. As a Client Support Specialist, you'll be the first point of contact for many of our clients, setting the tone for their travel experience.

Key Responsibilities

As a Remote Client Support and Operations Agent, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, handling various tasks, and working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing friendly and courteous support to clients, responding to their inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Working in a helpful spirit to ensure the success of our organization
  • Handling client transactions, including ticket sales, baggage claims, and other related services
  • Managing client interactions, including phone calls, emails, and in-person conversations
  • Maintaining accurate records and reports, including client information and transaction data
  • Collaborating with other team members to achieve common goals and objectives
  • Performing other duties as assigned by your supervisor

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following essential qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
  • 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the airline industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse clients and teams
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve issues efficiently
  • Proficiency in computer software, including Microsoft Office and other relevant applications
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications are preferred:

  • Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
  • Knowledge of airline operations and procedures
  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills, with the ability to communicate with clients in multiple languages
