Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, you'll be the voice of our company, delivering a world-class customer experience that exceeds our customers' expectations. You'll cultivate relationships, resolve complex issues, and provide solutions to customers through empathetic and consultative approaches. Your success will depend on your ability to transform frustrated exchanges into excellent customer experiences, and your extensive knowledge of our products and services will be the key to resolving problems and offering solutions.

Key Responsibilities

* Cultivate relationships and retain customers through empathetic and consultative approaches

  • Resolve complex customer concerns related to one or more products or services
  • Uncover customer wants, interests, and needs in each customer interaction to effectively save the product and offer additional products and services
  • Demonstrate self-sufficiency through utilizing various support tools to research and resolve complex customer issues in a virtual setting
  • Utilize virtual communication tools to engage your manager or support team for assistance
  • Remain proficient in explaining customer bills and managing billing, rate plan, and feature matters for one or more products or services
  • Perform basic troubleshooting for one or more products or services
  • Adhere to a set schedule, including breaks, lunches, and scheduled open time, to ensure availability to answer customer calls and provide exceptional service

Work Schedule

* This is a full-time position (40 working hours per week)

  • Hours of operation are subject to change, including possible Mandatory Overtime when business needs require
  • Current business hours are Monday – Friday 7:00am to 9:00pm and Saturday & Sunday 8:00am to 9:00pm CST
  • Initial training/nesting hours are Monday – Friday 9:00am to 6:00pm (~3 months). Attendance is Mandatory Daily.
  • Post-training/nesting hours – will shift to later hours that could include Saturday and/or Sunday

Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

  • 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet productivity standards
  • Strong knowledge of customer service principles and practices
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Ability to pass a background check and maintain a clean and organized workspace

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a virtual or remote environment

  • Knowledge of arenaflex products and services
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
