Job Summary
We're looking for a dynamic and experienced Social Media and Customer Service Associate to manage our online presence and interact with our customers through various social media platforms. As a remote employee, you'll be responsible for creating engaging content, responding to customer inquiries, and analyzing social media metrics to track performance and identify areas for improvement. Responsibilities
As a Social Media and Customer Service Associate at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Managing and monitoring arenaflex's social media channels, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and more
- Responding to customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Creating engaging and relevant content to promote arenaflex's products and brand
- Analyzing social media metrics to track performance and identify areas for improvement
- Collaborating with other departments to resolve customer issues and provide feedback
- Staying up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- Proven experience in social media management and customer service
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Familiarity with social media tools and analytics
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
Educational Qualifications

Compensation and Perks
