As a Part-Time Remote Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:- Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Resolving customer issues efficiently while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Utilizing multiple arenaflex systems to research and address customer concerns.
- Providing accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
- Keeping records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken.
- Following communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:- Previous customer service experience (although not required, it's a plus!)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
