What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Assisting Members with Pharmacy Benefit Plans: You'll answer questions regarding prescription insurance, medication coverage, and mail-order prescriptions, providing clear and concise information to help our members make informed decisions about their healthcare.
  • Providing Solutions to Simplify Members' Healthcare Experience: You'll take inbound calls and provide solutions to help our members navigate complex healthcare systems, ensuring their needs are met and their experience is seamless.
  • Receiving Training to Upskill and Assist with Client and Member Inquiries: You'll receive comprehensive training to upskill and assist with client and member inquiries, expanding your knowledge of healthcare and opening doors to additional opportunities within arenaflex.

What's Required (Qualifications)

To succeed as a Customer Service Representative, you'll need:

  • Computer Proficiency in Windows-based Applications: You'll be proficient in using Windows-based applications, including Microsoft Office and other software tools.
