What to Expect:
As a Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
- Assisting callers with billing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Determining the services that customers are missing and making recommendations for upgrades and add-ons
- Ensuring First Call Resolution (FCR) and complete Customer Satisfaction (VOC)
- Coding sales accurately and completely
- Providing exceptional customer service and building trust and rapport with clients

- Understanding of "client call flow"

Education and Experience:
* No degrees necessary – great work-from-home opportunity for anyone who is ready to start a business and be their own boss
- Telemarketing experience preferred, but not required
Requirements:
* A computer with a separate monitor (dual monitors may be required on some client programs)
- High-speed wired Internet (no WiFi)
- Phone with headset (Plantronics S12 or similar recommended)
- Pass a background screening (no felonies or fraudulent behaviors)
- Meet the PC requirements (CPU speed, hard drive space, memory, operating system, and monitor recommendations)
- Meet the Mac requirements (Ethernet port, Boot Camp, and licensed version of Windows)
Accessories, Software, and Internet/Phone Service Providers:
* USB headset with microphone (required for Certification) – Logitech, Plantronics, Microsoft, or similar brands recommended
- Hard-wired telephone and headset (required for Production/Servicing) – Plantronics S12 or similar recommended
- Internet Explorer 8, 9, 10, or 11 on Windows 7, 8, or 10
- Mozilla Firefox or Chrome for Windows (optional)
- Microsoft Security Essentials for Windows 7; Windows Defender for Windows 8 or 10
- Hard-wired broadband Internet service via DSL, Cable, or Fiber Optic connection
- Hard-wired land line telephone service
