Key Responsibilities * Accurate Data Entry + Input data into arenaflex systems with a high level of accuracy, ensuring that all records are current and correct. + Verify and update information, performing regular quality checks to identify and correct data discrepancies. + Collaborate with team members to resolve any data-related queries or concerns. * Data Organization + Organize and maintain electronic records and databases, ensuring that all files are structured logically and easily accessible for team members. + Assist with archiving older records and maintaining data security protocols. + Contribute to process improvements by identifying opportunities for efficiency in data management. * Support Team Functions + Assist with reporting by compiling and formatting data as requested by various teams. + Work with different departments to ensure data aligns with ongoing projects and business needs. + Provide regular updates to your supervisor on the progress of tasks and any issues that may arise. * Confidentiality and Compliance + Handle sensitive financial and personal information in accordance with arenaflex privacy and security standards. + Ensure compliance with all company and regulatory guidelines related to data handling. * Communication and Reporting + Collaborate with team members to resolve any data-related queries or concerns. + Provide regular updates to your supervisor on the progress of tasks and any issues that may arise. Skills and Qualifications * Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and detail when inputting and verifying data. * Tech Proficiency: Familiarity with data entry software, Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, or similar tools. * Organizational Skills: Ability to manage large volumes of data and maintain an organized digital workspace. * Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and supervisors. * Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote environment. * Previous Experience in Data Entry: While experience is a plus, arenaflex provides full training for candidates with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
