Key Responsibilities

As a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Accurately entering data into our QuickClaim system using a consistent flow of images
  • Identifying document types based on provided guidelines
  • Reviewing and verifying that entered data meets quality standards
  • Maintaining confidentiality of Personal Health Information (PHI) in accordance with HIPAA standards
  • Collaborating professionally with other team members as needed
  • Suggesting improvements or enhancements to job processes
  • Ensuring all tasks are completed each day before clocking out
  • Performing other basic office duties as assigned

Compensation & Schedule

* Pay Rate: $12 per hour

  • Both part-time and full-time positions are available, with full-time preferred
  • A minimum of 20 hours per week is required
  • Available shifts vary between 8:00 AM - 9:00 PM CST, Monday through Friday

  • Proficiency in reading and speaking English

Typing Requirements

* WPM: 50 WPM at 95% accuracy

  • KPH: 4,500 KPH at 95% accuracy
