Job Summary
As a Senior Director, Global Head, Adversarial Abuse/Analytics, you will be responsible for leading a team of experts in identifying and mitigating adversarial abuse on our platform. This will involve developing and implementing cutting-edge solutions to protect our users and maintain the integrity of our platform. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Product Management, Design, and Engineering, to ensure that our solutions are effective, scalable, and aligned with our business goals.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead a team of experts in identifying and mitigating adversarial abuse on our platform
- Develop and implement cutting-edge solutions to protect our users and maintain the integrity of our platform
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product Management, Design, and Engineering, to ensure that our solutions are effective, scalable, and aligned with our business goals
- Analyze data and develop insights to inform our abuse mitigation strategies
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including law enforcement and industry partners
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in adversarial abuse and mitigation
- Mentor and develop the skills of team members to ensure their continued growth and success
Essential Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., computer science, mathematics, statistics)
- 4+ years of experience in a related field, including at least 2 years of experience in a leadership role
- Proven track record of success in identifying and mitigating adversarial abuse
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data sets and develop insights
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Experience with machine learning and data science a plus
Preferred Qualifications
* Postgraduate education in a related field (e.g., computer science, mathematics, statistics)
- 2+ years of experience working with designing teams that form information foundation and ML models
- 2+ years of experience driving groups with the capacity to work non-standard weeks of work as accelerations require
- Experience with SQL/R/Matlab a plus
- Strong business judgment, vital and scientific abilities, including utilizing information to drive technique and business activity with a capacity to work in a quickly changing industry and oversee equivocalness while limiting vulnerability through quantitative bits of knowledge
