Responsibilities

As a Live Chat Associate, your primary responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

Customer Engagement:

Engage with customers through live chat to address inquiries, troubleshoot issues, provide account information, and educate them about arenaflex's services.

Issue Resolution:

Identify and resolve customer complaints and concerns in a timely and effective manner. Utilize critical thinking to assess situations and determine appropriate actions.

Information Provision:

Provide accurate information regarding billing, energy services, outages, and company policies, ensuring that every customer receives exceptional service.

Documentation:

Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, issues encountered, and resolutions provided. Input data into our customer relationship management (CRM) system proficiently.

Team Collaboration:

Work closely with team members and other departments to enhance the customer experience. Share insights and feedback regarding common customer inquiries or issues.

Adaptability:

Stay informed of product updates, service changes, and company policies to adapt chat responses accordingly and maintain a high standard of service.

Performance Metrics:

Meet or exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) related to customer satisfaction, response times, and chat resolution rates.

Feedback:

Actively participate in team meetings and training sessions, providing input on ways to improve customer service processes and overall efficiency.

Continuous Improvement:

Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance skill sets and stay updated on industry trends.

Requirements

To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

Education & Experience:

+ High School diploma or equivalent is required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus. + A minimum of 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a remote or live chat environment.
