Job Summary

As a Work from Home Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for handling incoming complex calls, resolving customer issues, and providing exceptional support to our clients. You'll work closely with our team to ensure seamless communication, adapt to ongoing training, and contribute to the growth and development of our organization. Responsibilities

* Handle incoming complex calls, offering compassion and empathy while using exceptional listening skills to identify customers' needs

• Resolve customers' needs related to clarification on customers' specific benefit plans or program options
• Document all inbound and outbound calls and summarize calls in the case management system
• Adapt to and implement ongoing training as the company grows and develops in the healthcare consumerism industry
• Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless communication and resolve customer issues
• Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge
• Contribute to the growth and development of our organization by providing feedback and suggestions for improvement

Requirements

* 1 year of customer service experience in the medical field, insurance verification, or high-level overview of patients or customers' benefit plans

• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Dependable and able to adhere to schedule
• Effective problem-solving skills
• Effective listening skills
• Customer service orientation
• Attention to details

Work from Home Equipment Requirements

* Must have a laptop or desktop computer with Windows 10 or better, 16GB of RAM installed, and 256GB of storage

• USB Headset to plug into the computer
• Hardwired internet using an Ethernet cable

What We Offer

* Competitive hourly rate: $14.99 - $15 per hour

• Flexible scheduling: 8-hour shifts between 7:00am - 10:00pm, Monday - Friday
