Responsibilities

As a Remote Data Entry Clerk - Typing Specialist, you will be responsible for providing full-time support to our consumers. Your duties will include:

  • Client Communication: Place outbound client contacts, follow-up emails to clients, and respond to basic inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Data Management: Update and maintain customer telephone call data, including updating and acting on client service logs and all client accounts.
  • Managerial Support: Provide managerial support, including profile page creation and updating.
  • Administrative Tasks: Perform filing, information entry, and document generation, as well as create and improve customer service concern tickets.
  • Mail Planning: Assist in the planning of all mail associated with the client help process and manage exclusive management projects, including spillover work from departments featuring word-processing, information entry, and Net investigation activities.
  • Front Desk Management: Manage the company's entrance hall region, greeting and administering all visitors, suppliers, clients, work applicants, and customers. Straight and seat all guests to their designated offices and conference room, and alert workers of their arrival/appointment.
  • General Office Duties: Perform general office duties, including but not limited to declaring, information entry, spreadsheet/report maintenance, mailings, and venture job.
  • Supply Management: Be responsible for checking out supply products.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Work From Home: Must be able to work from home and have a dedicated workspace.
  • MS Office Suite: Must be proficient in MS Office Collection, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Communication Skills: Must have great oral and written communication skills.
  • Attention to Detail: Must have a confirmed ability to observe instructions and facilities rules to perform essential project functions.
  • Analytical Skills: Must have illustrated analytical capacities, including the ability to multitask and focus on requests.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Must have problem-solving abilities, including the ability to multitask and address internal problems.
  • Teamwork: Must be able to partner with minimal direction and address internal problems.

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required.

  • 1-2 years of experience in a data entry or administrative role.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Collection, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications

* Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field.

  • 2-3 years of experience in a data entry or administrative role.
  • Experience with customer service software and systems.
  • Certification in a related field, such as Microsoft Office or customer service.
