Job Summary

As a part-time Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, you will play a critical role in supporting our data management operations. You will be responsible for accurately and efficiently entering customer and account data, reviewing data for deficiencies or errors, and generating reports. Responsibilities

* Insert customer and account data by inputting text-based and numerical information from source documents within time limits

  • Compile, verify accuracy, and sort information according to priorities to prepare source data for computer entry
  • Review data for deficiencies or errors, correct any incompatibilities if possible, and check the output
  • Research and obtain further information for incomplete documents
  • Apply data program techniques and procedures
  • Generate reports, store completed work in designated locations, and perform backup operations
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless data management operations
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements

* Proven data entry work experience, as a Data Entry Operator or Office Clerk

  • Experience with MS Office and data programs
  • Familiarity with administrative duties
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Good typing speed
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
