Job Function

As a Data Entry Clerk / Typist at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our data systems. You'll work independently, using your exceptional typing skills and attention to detail to enter and maintain accurate data. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Entering and maintaining accurate data into our systems with a high level of attention to detail
  • Performing regular data quality checks to ensure accuracy and consistency
  • Assisting in organizing and categorizing information for easy retrieval
  • Collaborating with team members to ensure data integrity and completeness
  • Handling administrative tasks, including responding to emails and inquiries

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications:

  • Proven experience in data entry or related roles: While prior experience is not necessary, we're looking for individuals with a strong background in data entry, administrative assistance, or a related field.
  • Excellent typing speed and accuracy: You'll need to be able to type at least 25 words per minute with high accuracy.

  • Proficiency in using data entry software and tools: Familiarity with data entry software and tools, such as Microsoft Office suite, is essential.
